Architectural Design of six new residential dwelling houses within the Huntingdale Park subdivision in Berry, NSW, Australia. Houses were required to feature prefabricated steel modules and wall / floor panel cassettes manufactured offsite in a factory environment.
Further to the construction techniques, The dwellings were also built simultaneously and with a consistent aesthetic to meet the client requirement of challenging the increasing build times of the project home market.

- Stage 1 Sketch Design
- Stage 2 Schematic Design for Development Approval
- Stage 3 Schematic Design for Construction Approval
- Stage 4 Detailed Design for building tender
- Stage 5 Design Management during construction
